Ed has forged a roll in the forefront of the event industry, since as far back as 1990. Having been Head of Video to a host of well-known global music acts, delivering live shows and DVD shoots across the world, his experience is second to none. Within Ed’s touring career, he has worked with various artists on their global tours. He has also worked as video director, production manager, and technical director. In totality, Ed has continuously driven new business throughout the MENA region, with a reputation known worldwide.

NEVILLE PHILIP LOBO

Operations Director

A highly talented events production professional with over twenty years of invaluable experience in planning and running live shows, corporate events, and festivals. Project managing multiple and diverse events of different sizes has always been Neville’s core. Neville aligns the front and back-office groups to deliver client requirements with superb quality excellence.

DAMIAN CALDERBANK

Project Director

Damian has worked professionally in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He has vast experience as well in complementary industries as audio-visual design and installation, marketing and public relations, concert promotions, video production, and broadcasting. Through all these, Damian still remains to keep his core at par –production and project management, event production and stage management, and audio-visual systems integration.

MATT CASHMORE

Senior Project Manager

Events project manager with over 18 years’ experience in the UK and the Middle East, Matt has ran events in both the corporate B2B marketplace with conferences, exhibitions, product launches and award ceremonies as well as a number of public events such as concerts, festivals, comedy shows and live children’s shows.  Designing and building CPAs, managing project timelines and production schedules, and liaising with contracted event suppliers and marketers, Matt ensures successful event delivery.

PIERRE VAN ZYL

Senior Sales Manager

Having the right set of skills in the industry, Pierre, has developed extensive experience in the fields of audio, AV, camera, and lighting. Being in the industry for more than 15 years now, he has been involved with various events including full scale live concerts, mass scale conference, TV adverts, TV reality shows and movies. Having a good understanding of  project management and the MENA market, has been Pierre’s edge in the role he takes on to date.

After completing Sound Engineering and Production BSC at Birmingham City University, Dan went to London and joined notable venues and popular bands. In 2012, Dan started to surmount Dubai and the rest of the MENA region with his technical expertise and profound knowledge of the UAE market.

Results-driven and creative artist, with more than eight years of experience in professional graphic design and multimedia programming. Passionate, energetic Edgar, continuously delivers high quality outputs for both local and overseas projects. Keen in operating and managing multiple projects, Edgar’s core has always been about excellent quality work output.

DARION GARISCH

Head of Lights

From all types of events and film shoots, from fashion shows to full scale live concerts and conferences. Darion has marked all his events with his avant-garde lighting style that brings any event to the next level. Being exposed in various film shoots, commercials, TV shoots, and game shows, Darion gives his keen eye for production lighting and does not believe in “hack” lighting.

THOMAS JACOBSEN

Head of Rigging

Steering the Rigging department, Thomas truly has continuously showcased his extensive knowledge and experience in the set-up and operation of complex structural and rigging facilities. Thomas is a certified rigger and a certified supervisor and erecter of scaffold systems used in live production industry.
