Project Coordinator

The main accountabilities are:

  • Create, and maintain internal databases of all IT hardware assets and software
  • Ensure company guidelines are being followed with regard to device usage
  • Track assets and maintenance of all IT assets and accessories.
  • Assisting operation team with admin duties
  • Acting as operations team lead when required
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors and teams.
  • Maintain an up-to-date vendor, logistics, and inventory database
  • Manage all purchase documentation
  • Analyzing operations functions and suggesting improvements.
