The main accountabilities are:
- Create, and maintain internal databases of all IT hardware assets and software
- Ensure company guidelines are being followed with regard to device usage
- Track assets and maintenance of all IT assets and accessories.
- Assisting operation team with admin duties
- Acting as operations team lead when required
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors and teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor, logistics, and inventory database
- Manage all purchase documentation
- Analyzing operations functions and suggesting improvements.
